Venture may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Venture site.
The term Venture or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is #28, CitiCentre, Church Street Bangalore 560001. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering a prize draw on our website you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Vale Photo LLP, # 28, Citi centre, Church Street, Bangalore 560001

Eligibility to enter

• The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. (Vale Photo LLP staff members are excluded from the draw).
• In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
• The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

• The prize draw will include those currently on our mailing list and all new subscribers up to the date of the competition launch. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
• To enter the prize draw simply subscribe to our mailing list via our website: https://www.venturephotography.in/
  
• Vale Photo LLP  will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

• The prize is as described in the competition post
• Vale Photo’s  use of any other brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
• The winner will be drawn at random.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
• The decision of Vale Photo LLP regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

• The winner will be notified after the competition ends via the email provided during subscription.
• Vale Photo LLP will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
• If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Vale Photo LLP reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Vale Photo LLP for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at marketing@venturephotography.co.uk
The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Vale Photo LLP.
An announcement of the winner’s first name, city and social media handle will be made via Vale Photo LLP’s social media.
All personal information shall be used in accordance with Vale Photo LLP’s Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

Vale Photo LLP does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. Vale Photo LLP does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Vale Photo LLP does not provide any form of support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

Vale Photo LLP reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indian Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.

The following rules apply to all experience vouchers

The Experience Voucher (EV) must be used to attend your photo session within six months from date of purchase or it will no longer be valid.
The EV may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer and may only be used as described.
The EV may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous photoshoot.
The EV is not transferable.
The EV is valid only for the selected photoshoot type at the point of purchase. Where a family photoshoot is chosen, all family members must attend. This is at the discretion of the individual studio.
Only one EV may be used per family per year (this means you cannot have more than one family photoshoot within a 12 month period)
Dates and times available for your photoshoot may vary from studio to studio.
At the time of booking your photoshoot, you may be asked to pay a deposit to secure your appointment, which will be either used against any frames or images purchased or refunded to the original payment method at the end of your Venture experience.
Please provide a minimum of five days notice for cancellation, otherwise the deposit will be retained.
When the photoshoot is rescheduled, the deposit will transfer over to the new date.
Venture photography photoshoots involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
You may not sell the EV to any third parties or via the internet without first obtaining the express written consent of Vale Photo LLP. Consent may be subject to any conditions which Vale Photo LLP chooses to impose. Vale Photo LLP reserves the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of the EV by you to a third party.
The EV is only redeemable with proof of purchase from an authorised representative of a Venture Photography Studio governed by a franchise licence from Vale Photo LLP.
Standard delivery is 5-7 working days if a gift box has been purchased.
E-vouchers will be sent to the email address given and are to be printed by the recipient.
