Do I need to book the appointment when purchasing?There is no need to book the appointment on purchasing. The lucky recipient can contact the studio when they are to reserve a date. Recipient details are asked for on purchasing, so please state a date to contact them after to avoid spoiling any surprises.
What's included in the voucher?Our Venture Experience vouchers consist of;

Can I add a personal message to the voucher and treatbox?Yes absolutely. During the checkout process you will be asked for any gift messaging to be included.
What is the expiry date on the voucher and treatbox?All of our vouchers are valid for SIX months, unless otherwise stated. The products in our treatboxes may have varying expiry dates, which will be clearly shown.
How long is a photoshoot session?We usually allow 1 hour 15 mins per photoshoot, however this may be different for each studio. Always make sure to allow extra time either side of that for potential traffic and parking plus your post photo session chat at the end.
Can the recipient choose the studio?You will be asked to select the studio on purchasing, however if an alternative studio is preferred, the recipient just needs to contact our customer services team to get this amended.

Does the voucher come with a box?Our gift boxes and postage are £6, and this option can be selected at check out. If you are purchasing a treatbox the voucher will be included within the treatbox alongside the other products.
Can I change the contents of a treatbox?The contents of our treatboxes are shown clearly for each package. Content may vary. Unfortunately we cannot currently amend the contents to specific requirements. Care is taken to theme the boxes for the occasion.
